Our Statement in Solidarity & Support of Reproductive Rights for Black Diasporans living in the U.S.

The Global Black Collective stands in solidarity and support of Black Diasporans living in the United States who seek bodily autonomy and reproductive healthcare.

It is our firm belief that the right to abortion and abortion services is an individual act of self-determination. It is not to be regulated by any form of government or legislative bodies.

We understand that this decision will impact on access to abortion services for people across the nation, especially those living in the U.S. south.

It is time for the government to enshrine abortion rights into law.
